This is the amount charged to the builder of a build configuration. It consists of a fixed amount (also required to start building) and a dynamic amount.
|Base OS||Version||Arch||Base Price||Added|
|Ubuntu||19.04||x64||$0.0||June 24, 2019, 7:43 p.m.|
|Ubuntu||18.10||x64||$0.0||Feb. 3, 2019, 1:38 a.m.|
Depending on what you add in your build configuration, both fixed and dynamic pricing methods will be used to work out your final total amount. Dynamic pricing is charged at the following rates:
This is the amount exchanged between a buyer and a seller when exchanging priced build configurations or features on the site (minus the commission). It does not represent any fee or charge, other that the amount that goes to the buyer.Important : this amount can also be the balance after a fee or charge has been charged on an item... i.e. ("Build Exchange Commission Charge") or ("Feature Exchange Commission Charge")
We added this charge for those in a hurry to build their image... So basically this amount is only charged when someone decides to jump the build processing queue. The queue jump charge is fully automated and resets after sometime to its original amount.
Calculation for this charge varies and increments by 10% from the previous value to discourage queue jumps.
Please note that this charge increases gradually each time someone jumps to discourage others fully for jumping the image building queue.
This is the commission charged on the original amount when a feature is bought. The seller gets the ("Transaction Exchange") amount and a ("Feature Exchange Commission Charge") fee charged by linuxCustomizer for facilitating and hosting the seller's feature.
Charge fixed at 6%
Unlike build configurations, build features can be listed as jobs. When a user from linuxCustomizer bids and completes working on a feature job. The user will be paid ("Transaction Exchange") amount and ("Feature Job Commission Charge") will be charged as commission for the opportunity to have been able to work on the feature job by linuxCustomizer. Posting feature jobs is FREE!
Charge fixed at 5%
This is the commission charged on the original amount when a build configuration is bought. The seller gets the ("Transaction Exchange") amount and a ("Build Exchange Commission Charge") fee charged by linuxCustomizer for facilitating and hosting the seller's build configuration.

This is the amount received when a user deposits cash into their account via payment gateways such as paypal. This amount is never charged for the deposit procedure, its free.
This is the amount a user should expect when they make a withdrawal request from linuxCustomizer. It's usually accompanied by ("Withdrawal Fee Charge"). The ("Withdrawal Fee Charge") is charged at 1.5% of the withdrawal amount.
Fee charged when a user decides to withdraw their money from linuxCustomizer. Although adding it was debatable, it was mainly added to discourage money laundering. We adjusted the charge on ("Build Package Charge") by lowering the rates slightly in order to balance the overall fees.
Extra service charge is charged from the extra services rendered by linuxCustomizer such as private access on build configurations.Learn More About Extra/Other Services
